Bible Verse

1 Corinthians 11:1

✅Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ. (NIV) 

This is a Specific word to somebody and may it get to you in Jesus name... 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

You may be in the place of service and it looks like you are wasting your time because you are not gaining anything, you are not being appreciated or even seen. But the Lord said he is your reward. Look unto him and wait on him. You are not wasting, you are waiting. When your work is completed, you will be rewarded. 

Isaiah 40:31

✅But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint... 

Receive the strength to keep serving and waiting in Jesus name.. 🙏 

The specific impression and counsel on my heart is to admonish young Sisters to prayerfully look for a Godly model to follow & serve genuinely.. The counsel and direction you are looking for is in the place of service and true followership. Every Ruth Needs a Naomi......... 

Titus 2:4-5

✅That they may teach the young women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children,

✅To be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed.

I was Just going about my daily activity and the Lord took me back to the days when I use to serve my pastor's wives in my little capacity. I will come to their house before service, bath the children and help with the domestic chores. And run other small errands., 😊😅

I can Honestly tell you that what I got in return was undue access to Wisdom and Counsel....I saw how they related with their husbands,children inlaws and how they handled church members.. 

I have also lived with my Aunty, Infact in my first year of marriage I lived with my Inlaws in a big extended family house and served for another period of six months. Everyday I am grateful to God for the experience I got there too... They are some of the places of my preparation. God bless them in Jesus name. They didn't know they were doing the Lords work. 😅😅😅

My Dear, Service is not pointless it's a preparation... David served Saul without ever thinking of becoming a king. God brought him there to learn before coronating him. I have served in three different churches whole heartedly without ever thinking of going into ministry too. 

One thing I have learnt is that when God is intentional about you, he will always bring you to the right places and people. Anywhere you find yourself serve. Everybody wants to be a boss of his own in our generation and that's why there is rebellion and arrogance everywhere. If you come out of Nowhere, you won't go Anywhere.... 

I know you have too much potentials, too educated and sophisticated, but Sis and Bro let the Lord guide you to your true mentor and the place of your preparation. Stay until you are fully prepared. 

God have sent alot of people our way but because the glamours and affluence they anticipated is not yet there, they zoom off. There's a specific place of your making and becoming... May you have the spiritual eyes to discern it in Jesus name. 

The story of Ruth and Naomi, keep Resonating in my head, Ruth had lost every reason to be with Naomi, but she refused to let go like Orpha. She kept following until She fulfilled her destiny and wrote her name on the pages of the Scripture and in the lineage of our Lord Jesus Christ... 

Every true leader is a servant. And the best place to learn servanthood is in actual service.. . 

When you pass through genuine service and Mentorship, you would learn tolerance, understanding and patience.... 

If you want to see far, there must be a shoulder you are leaning on... 

If you didn't serve anyone, you won't get genuine people to serve you. You will be surrounded by fake people who will leave you in the face of trials and challenges... 

Ponder on these... 

-Who are you accountable to? 

-Who can speak truth in your life without getting offended? 

-Who are you afraid of, real and genuine reverence ?

If there's none, my dear you are your own undoing. You are the weapon fashioned against yourself... 

Accountability is not weakness, it's putting your strength in check.
