Pointer To Purpose

 Bible verse

Isaiah  43:2

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Always pay attention to the persistent challenges that you encounter in your life. Most time, your point of deliverance is your mission field. For example you have been battling either sickness, barreness, or even being held down by addiction. When you are finally delivered by God, that will become your testimony to others. Because the devil knows that's where your strength lies the most and with that, you will cause havoc to his kingdom, he will buffet you with that challenge so that you will give up and not even think that you can be liberated or even preach to others about it. There's a popular proverb that says what doesn't kill you will only make you stronger. This is a typical example.

Challenges in life are common and unavoidable, my joy and comfort in life came the day I realized that. I use to pity my life and compare it with others saying Lord why is my own case different, I did this and this, serving you in truth and sincerity, but why are my challenges endless? Not knowing it's a price I am paying for my destiny.

our Bible verse says, when (Not if) you pass through waters, rivers & fires of life, God will go through it with us to the end, not to remove us from it but to make sure we come out unscathed. (Romans  8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.) Bishop Oyedepo use to say that "it's scriptural to be challenged but unscriptural to be defeated.

Contrary to popular belief, because you are born again and living a Holy life doesn't mean that life will be a bed of roses and very smooth. In fact, the more closer you get to God, the more the devil will be challenging you. But the good news is that after every challenge is a promotion. I've heard Apostle Mike Orokpo said severally, he is always praying for bigger storms so as to climb highher mountains. (James  1:2-4 My brethren, count it all joy when ye fall into divers temptations;  Knowing this, that the trying of your faith worketh patience. But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.) Men of wisdom count challenges as joy because at other end of the challenge is victory. I had to tell my mom and few others I can talk to not to pity me, because they feel I am not doing the right thing , by following the purpose of God concerning my life. TD Jake's said, never pity a man pursuing purpose. To the world you are crazy, but it's between you and God not between you and the world. Therefore don't ever quit or give up on your dream. Everything will come to pass in this life, that challenge is temporal and trivial concerning the weight of Glory that awaits YOU. (2 Corinthians  4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory;)

Challenges are also means by which we grow in grace and the knowledge of God, most of us wouldn't have gotten serious with God if one thing or the other didn't push us to seek him. So sometimes the only way God will get your attention is to allow the devil bring diverse temptations into your life,so that you will get know another dimension of him and as well discover your purpose.

For you to be great, you must pass through the crucible of life. If your destiny is heavy, you must pay a heavy price. In that constant battle is your Mantle of ordination (Purpose). It's not the devil, village People or an enemy somewhere. Though they may be behind it, but largely because the greatness in you want to manifest, they are stepping stones in disguise. ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ˜
